The Indigenomics Institute is launching a new Indigenomics initiative- the ‘Indigenomics 10 To Watch’ list. The Institute will be publishing the annual list as a demonstration of excellence, innovation, leadership and committed action towards the growth of the Indigenous economy.

Are you an Indigenous entrepreneur or business? An Indigenous economic development corporation? Have a business partnership with an Indigenous community? Are you developing innovative business or finance solutions for Indigenous peoples and communities? Then this is for you!

The Indigenomics Institute is seeking to select 10 innovators in the growth of the Indigenous economy.  The ‘10 to Watch List’ will showcase Indigenous businesses, entrepreneurs, Indigenous Economic Development Corporations, joint partnerships with nations and innovative business models that are demonstrating the advancement of the emerging 100 billion dollar annual Indigenous economy.

To submit a profile for consideration for the inaugural ‘Indigenomics10 To Watch’ list send a short profile outlining the business/ structure/ownership, highlighting the business model and focus of innovation and how it demonstrating Indigenomics in action through innovation, leadership and/or participating in the growth of the 100 Billion dollar Indigenous economy.

Businesses can be self-nominated or nominated by someone else. The ‘Indigenomics 10 to Watch List’ will be highlighted at the inaugural Indigenomics By Design- The 100 Billion Dollar Indigenous Economy Conference at the Indigenomics gala on June 25th, 2019 in Richmond BC. The 10 innovators will be profiled on the Indigenomics site over the year as well as supported by media spotlight and a business package. (To be confirmed)
