Jesslyn Dymond – TELUS

Jesslyn Dymond is the Director of Data Ethics at TELUS. As part of the Data & Trust Office, she leads the organization’s work to realize responsible data-driven innovation, including the Responsible AI portfolio and the award-winning, ISO-certified Privacy by Design Data for Good program. Jesslyn is a dedicated leader, committed to delivering on the incredible potential of data and technology to do good in society. She completed a Master of Information from the University of Toronto’s iSchool, is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Canada (CIPP/C) and Data Ethics Professional from the Open Data Institute. Jesslyn is a descendant of Scottish settlers and post-World War II Lithuanian migrants. She spends her time outside of work with her family – often building LEGO, and enjoying time away from the city.
