Sarah Best is the Regional HR Consultant for Northern BC, with go2HR, the provincial government’s organization providing tourism and hospitality professionals, businesses and stakeholders with human resources advice, training programs and health and safety support.  Sarah’s career started 24 years ago in mental health administration before merging into employment counselling, training and Human Resources.  Sarah has worked with a number of different Indigenous organizations supporting communities in addressing barriers to employment, and training candidates in the Indigenous workforce since 2007; she specializes in relationship building, employee engagement and guiding organizations to develop a culture of open communication, inclusion and understanding.
