Natasha Marshall

As a Council Member since 2020 at Tseshaht First Nation, Natasha Marshall supported the Economic Development and Community Energy portfolios, where she collaborated with various stakeholders and partners to advance the interests and opportunities of her community.
Natasha Marshall has over fourteen years of experience in economic development, marketing, and business support for Indigenous organizations and enterprises, including St. Jean’s Cannery & Smokehouse, Native Fishing Association, and Ahousaht Fishing Corporation. She has a strong background in identifying and pursuing market opportunities, developing and implementing strategic plans, and facilitating workshops and training sessions. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing Communications from Camosun College, and an Executive MBA in Indigenous Business Leadership from Simon Fraser University. She is passionate about working with Indigenous communities and supporting their economic and social empowerment. She recently completed Harvard Business School’s Leading People and Investing to Build Sustainable Communities Executive Education Program in 2024.
